About a year ago I began to suffer from haemorrhoids. I went to my doctor and had the usual treatments but they kept returning. They recently came back yet again and after a week of enduring intense pain I knew that I had to do something about it. My brother recommended that I should see Raman Das Mahatyagi, whom he has known for a long time.
I had an appointment with Raman Das and he gave me some ointment to apply, and two powders and a syrup to take orally. He also gave me recommendations with regard to what I should and should not eat. Within three days the hemorrhoids began to heal and within five days the pain was minimal. Now, after four weeks, they are completely gone.
I am continuing with my treatment for the time being and following all of Raman Das’s advice on how to prevent the problem from recurring. I also find that the recommendations on food rotation are helping me in a number of other ways and plan to follow this regime for as long as I can for the sake of my overall well-being.
