What methods of payment are accepted?
For over-the-phone orders, we accept payments by VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, and EFTPOS.
Online orders placed through our website are processed securely via PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account and would like to pay by credit card without creating one, simply turn off the slider labeled “Save information & create your PayPal account” on the PayPal payment page. This will allow you to pay using a credit card as a guest.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Domestic Orders (within Australia)
Orders within Australia are generally posted by the next business day. We use Australia Post, and depending on your location, your order may take 1-3 days to receive.
International Orders
International orders are typically posted by the next business day via standard air mail and usually take 2–4 weeks (depending on the country) to arrive. If you have not received your order within this time frame, please check with your local post office first to verify that they are not holding your parcel for pickup.
Due to recent U.S. tariff and duty changes (August 29, 2025), we have suspended shipping to the USA until further notice. We’ll update this page if service resumes.
How much are the shipping charges?
Domestic
We charge a fixed postage and handling fee within Australia of $9.95, regardless of size and value.
International
Shipping charges for international orders are based on the packaged weight of the order and vary depending on the country to which the order is shipping. Shipping charges will be updated when you select your country during checkout.
How do I obtain my downloadable product?
If you have ordered any digital/downloadable products or eBooks, a download page with the link(s) to your products will be displayed at completion of your order. You will also receive an email with the download link, which will remain active for 24 hours.
