I developed sinusitis after an attack of hayfever and head cold. For over a month I had a lot of green phlegm from my sinuses every morning, as well as a slight sore throat, but after seeing you and following your regime it cleared within the week! Every morning I did jalaneti (saline nasal rinse), followed by some drops of nasal oil. I took both the herbal powders you prescribed twice a day, and also had some chyawanprash each day. I also followed the dietary advice you gave me. I’m really pleased (and a little surprised) it had such a quick effect.
