Shipping Policy

Domestic

We charge a fixed postage and handling fee within Australia of $7.50 regardless of size and value. Orders are shipped by Australia Post or Fastway Couriers within 2-3 working days on receipt of your order.

If you are paying by cheque or money order, you will need to order by phone, then your order will be posted after payment has been received and cleared.

International

Shipping charges for international orders are based on the packaged weight of the order. 

International orders are sent by registered airmail through Australia Post, and may take 10 working days or longer for you to receive depending where you are located.
