Practical Ayurvedic Massage Heal and Bloom

This workshop will demonstrate how Ayurvedic massage is very useful in supporting the health and well-being of our bodies and as an addition to a holistic health approach to various problems. It will help you to be able to assess the patient’s or your own problem.

In Australia the climatic conditions and intense sun aggravate the vata element in most people. Due to vata imbalance our skin becomes drier, wrinkled, cracked and feels tight, this in turn will agitate our minds during the day.
