An in depth consultation focusing on
detailed dietary advice for your dosha type and
imbalance. Includes advice on cooking
techniques, use of spices etc.

Yoga Therapy

With over 12 years experience as an Ayurvedic Vaidya,
and 35 years of practical yoga experience, Raman Das has
particular expertise in:
- designing a Yoga practice suited to
your constitution and tailored to benefit your current
health concerns

- problems and disturbances arising from more serious
yoga practice.

Abhyanga Massage

A relaxing therapeutic massage
using herbalised massage oils suited to your dosha type.

Shirodhara
$110 for 1 hour
A treatment unique to Ayurveda,
and a part of Panchakarma, Shirodhara involves a steady
stream of warm black sesame oil being gently poured on your
forehead as you lie on a massage table.
A great way to generally relieve tension,
it is traditionally used in cases of anxiety, stress and
insomnia.

Panchakarma
Panchakarma, unique to
Ayurveda, is a program of deep cleansing,
detoxification, purification and rejuvenation
treatments.
An Ayurvedic consultation is initially required to
tailor a program to your needs. Price varies according
to treatment. Typically, a full treatment course
last 7 days, 2 hours per day.

requirements.

Vedic
Palmistry (Hast-Rekha)
$149 for 1 hour
A palm reading involves analysing various
aspects of your hands - the lines, shape, size, fingers,
nails etc to reveal aspects of your character and
personality, talents, abilities and relationships.
It can give you an insight into your motivations, and
"why you do the things you do".
Another aspect of Vedic palm reading is
prediction, and past and future lives - which is fun,
but not guaranteed to be 100% correct!
