We do not normally give refunds if you:

  • change your mind, or
  • make a wrong decision.

You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods:

  • are faulty
  • are damaged in transit
  • have been wrongly described
  • are different from a sample shown to you

Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us before sending the item back. Unopened products can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price only if they are undamaged, sealed, unopened, and in original packaging. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned products. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. If items are not insured properly and get lost or damaged when returned, we cannot provide a refund.
