Neti Pot 

Using a Neti Pot for nasal cleansing is a traditional part of the Yoga system and also the daily routine prescribed by Ayurveda.

The Centre's Neti pots can contain around 400 ml of water.  more than enough to cleanse both nostrils, without needing to refill.

Use our  Ayurvedic Mineral Rock Salt to make the saline water for nasal cleansing.
