Ordering Online
- When you have decided what product(s) you wish to purchase, change the quantity (if you want more than 1) then select the "Add to Cart" button.
- Your Total amount will appear in your Shopping Cart, where you can click "Continue shopping" or "Checkout"
- An order confirmation email is sent to you at completion of the order process
- Your order will be posted to your nominated shipping address within 2-3 working days
Paying for Domestic Orders
For orders within Australia we accept payment through:
- Paypal, credit card via Paypal (VISA, Mastercard)
Paying for International Orders
- We accept payment through Paypal, or credit card via Paypal (VISA, Mastercard).
- Please note exchange rates between your local currency and Australian dollars is dependent on the rate given by your credit card provider.
Can I have a different shipping address to my billing address?
- You can send your order to any location, even if this is not your billing address.
- The checkout process allows you to specify distinct shipping and billing addresses.
Downloadable Products
If you have ordered any digital/downloadable products or eBooks, a download page with the link(s) to your products will be displayed at completion of your order. You will also be sent an email with the download link, which will stay active for 24 hours.
Can I order over the phone?
Yes you can! Please call 1300 552 260 to place your order.
Do you accept cheque or money orders?
We accept personal cheques or money orders for orders within Australia only. Please call 1300 552 260 to place your order.
- For personal cheques or money orders, please make them payable to "YATAN Holistic Ayurvedic Centre", and post to 38A Cecil St, Gordon, NSW 2072. Note that goods will be shipped AFTER receipt and clearance of personal cheques/money orders.
Paying for Consultations and Treatment
When visiting our centre, consultations, treatment and products can be paid using cash, personal cheque, VISA, Mastercard, American Express or EFTPOS.
Goods and Services Tax (GST)
Products sold within Australia have a 10% GST applied where applicable. The prices displayed on this website include GST and are given in Australian dollars (AUD).
International orders will have the GST amount removed from any products ordered where applicable.
Paying by Paypal
You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay your online order with a credit card. You will be given the option to login to your Paypal account, otherwise you can simply select to pay by credit card, which will by processed securely by Paypal.
