Langota

Made in India from 100% unbleached cotton (Markin cotton), the langota is an undergarment typically worn during exercise, yoga practice, dancing, during simple or physical work, weight lifting etc.

It is traditionally worn for yoga asanas, wrestling and martial arts training in India. The langota is comfortable and gives maximum freedom of movement, yet provides good support of the spine and internal systems of the trunk, flowing energy into an upward direction.

Wearing the langota is a very ancient technique in Ayurveda for balancing energy and controlling its proper distribution. In India it is worn during the day time and is useful for men as well as women
