Kundalini Awakening

PRACTICAL KUNDALINI AWAKENING

Presenter: Raman Das Mahatyagi

Ayurvedic Practitioner (B.Sc, Dip.Yoga, Ayurveda-Ratna)

Kundalini is the occult power of the human body.  Everybody has Kundalini power, but it is mostly in a dormant or sleeping condition in most individuals.  When kundalini is in a sleeping condition our energy flows downwards, and in that condition we have negative attitudes, frustrations, disappointment, distress, confusion, no self awareness.  When kundalini is awakened or in an active condition people are very positive, have awareness, are self motivated, inspired, have power to understand conscious and unconscious mind.

Enlightened, self contented, clairvoyance, a trance state of mind can all result from an active kundalini.   Over thousands of years many practical methods have been developed in India to awaken this mysterious power called kundalini, which people can practice in their everyday lives.

This workshop will give you information and understanding of the different methods of kundalini arousal, to help you prepare for future practice.  It will also give you an idea of what method may be more suitable or appealing for you now, although you can practice all of the methods of awakening kundalini in different stages of your life.   If a person gets perfection in one method, then it is easier to get success by another method. Raman Das has many years of personal and practical experience to draw upon to present this workshop..

Kundalini awakening is not only for yogis seeking enlightenment or samadhi.  This workshop is beneficial for all types of practitioners, whether beginners or those with a daily practice already.
